Shipping Information, Delivery Times & Rates Explained

To ensure that you receive your items as quickly and safely as possible, iCell Mobile use a comprehensive way of shipping. Shipping times for all options are detailed below. Please note: In order to ensure that all details on your order are correct, items may not ship until we are able to verify the order and card holder details.

⚠️ Please note: The delivery timeframes above are estimates only and may be longer than usual due to current Australia Post delays. Delivery times are outside of iCell Mobile's control once an order has been lodged with Australia Post.

Things to consider
– Shipping would be handled by AUSTRALIA POST.
– Deliveries to PO Boxes are handled exclusively by Australia Post.
– Depending on the item, if the item is a:

• SIM cards or Gift cards (single order), it must be shipped via Domestic Letter (Australia Post Tracked or Untracked) postage method;
• Accessories, Console Games or Console Accessories will be shipped via Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express) postage methods;
• Gaming consoles, can only be shipped via Australia Post (Express) method.
• Mobile phone, Powerbanks or any sort of battery operated device, can only be shipped via Australia Post (road transport) method;
  

– Australia Post (DL [tracked], XS Parcel Post, Parcel Post or Express) shipping method(s) will have a tracking ID/number provided.

ORDER TRACKING
No matter where the item is sourced, iCell Mobile makes all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.

For most instances you will be provided with a tracking number. This is emailed to you through our system, normally on the evening of the day or next business day of shipment.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is on back order, not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

ORDER HANDLING
We aim to ship out all verified orders within 1 business day. To ensure accuracy, items may not ship until we verify order details. Once confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched quickly for safe delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PARCELS
If your parcel or delivery is returned to us as undeliverable, we can arrange to resend the item to you once you provide a correct and complete delivery address. If you prefer not to have the item resent, we can also arrange a refund for the item, less the postage cost that was already incurred for the original shipment.

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
All shipments are taxable and will be charged at a flat rate (based on the product or item) on the entire order.

If we have any issues with any of your items being out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days of you placing your order and work out an alternative solution for you. You will not be charged for any goods that are not in stock.
