What we are looking for

Mobile Phone Technician & Repair Specialist

You are the heart of our operations. You know your way around a pentalobe screwdriver and can perform precision repairs with ease.

  • What you’ll do: Diagnose hardware/software issues and perform high-quality screen and component replacements.
  • The Bonus (Level 2/3): Experience in Level 2 micro-soldering, IC chips, and board-level repairs is a major plus and will be rewarded accordingly.

Retail Sales & Tech Support

You are the face of iCell. You bridge the gap between complex tech and the everyday user.

  • What you’ll do: Guide customers through devices, accessories, and plans while providing "ooh-and-aah" level service.
  • Requirements: Reliable, tech-savvy, and a great communicator.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Communication: Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential. International students are welcome to apply!
  • Motive: Hardworking, enthusiastic, and able to motivate both customers and colleagues.
