If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 28 days of the original purchase of the product. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 28 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item does not have any wear, tear or damage.
  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Any handset/device/battery operated accessory purchases may incur a 20% restock fee.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions above are not met.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

NON-REFUNDABLES
All things Prepaid and Gift Cards purchased online or instore are strictly non-refundable items.

EXCHANGE
You may wish to exchange the item with another item online or instore, however similar rules above apply to a refundable product.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item worth over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping company or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an incorrect item was shipped or if items were damaged upon arrival, then shipping charges may be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

SALE ITEMS
Clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, in which case a refund may be issued.
