If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Items can be returned within 28 days of the original purchase. After 28 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
- Item must be in original packaging with no signs of wear, tear, or damage.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Handsets, devices, and battery-operated accessories may incur a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All Prepaid, Gaming, and Gift Cards (purchased online or in-store) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your item for another product online or in-store, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria listed above.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $25, we recommend using a tracked service or insurance. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival), shipping costs may be refunded; however, we cannot cover shipping for items ordered by mistake.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
SALE ITEMS
Clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
